Welcome to KSAA

Korean Studies Association of Australasia is a non-political, academic association and its objects are:

  • to serve as a regional association of scholars interested in Korea representing all academic disciplines,
  • to promote the advancement of scholarship on Korea in Australia and New Zealand,
  • to facilitate communications between the various programs and individuals in the region involved in Korean studies, through newsletters, circulars, etc,
  • to affirm and uphold the professional interests of scholars interested in Korea,
  • to represent the field to relevant domestic and foreign agencies, and
  • to represent Korean Studies with the Asian Studies Association of Australia (ASAA).
